A program to learn and implement the "type" of EOC that is the result of DMTC's research.

Training Contents
*DMTC has established a disaster preparedness training program.
This training will address some of the content on a trial basis to improve the program.
Mission 1: Learn lessons from past EOC operations
- What is the reality of disaster headquarters operations based on past large-scale disasters?
- What are other disaster response tasks related to disaster headquarters operations that I should know about?
- Disaster headquarters operations and BCP.
Mission 2: Standardize EOC operations
- Standardization of disaster headquarters operations through the BOSS system.
- Create a table of roles and responsibilities for disaster headquarters operations with reference to ICS.
- Assessment of the damage situation and information on the Disaster Control Headquarters and evacuation centers through the use of the COCOA system.
- Design of the layout of the disaster response headquarters using VR.
Mission 3: Experience EOC management
- Scheduled to conduct a graphic drill to prepare for a large-scale disaster caused by wind and flood damage.
- In order to enhance practical responsiveness, the program will be conducted in a blind manner with no prior notification of scenarios.
- Participants will be local government officials and related organizations, and will be responsible for managing the disaster response headquarters by immediately making decisions on how to respond, with the highest priority on saving lives, and utilizing BOSS and COCOA.
- The Disaster Response Headquarters Secretariat was set up, with five teams, including the Information Team and the Response Team, handling the situation.
- Analyze the communicated damage situation and arrange for prompt dispatch of rescue teams, support for evacuees, and transportation of supplies in cooperation with related organizations.
